RETURNS

Have confidence in ordering from outdoorsportsclothing.com.  If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the product, less the shipping cost. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling, and freight charges. Of course if it is a malfunction or something is wrong with the product we will refund your complete order, or replace it with another.

WARRANTIES

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is offerred by outdoorsportsclothing.com. Outdoorsportsclothing.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported as defective within 15 days of receipt will be replaced or, if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 15 days of receipt for any defects, may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Outdoorsportsclothing.com at no charge.

SHIPPING TERMS

Typically, you will receive your product(s) 5-10 business days from the time your order is received.  The shipping charges are listed on our shipping chart. Orders are shipped via UPS, unless prior arrangements have been made, and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. If any item is out of stock, you will be informed immediately and that item will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival to the warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, and out of stock items may take longer. Some tems may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2-6 weeks, due to color, style, size, or other unforeseen circumstances.  We will contact you if items are backordered, and customers will be notified if item(s) ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

If you are requesting a rush order and require orders before times indicated, please contact us for current shipping times available.

SHIPPING BEYOND USA

If you are ordering from outside the USA, as well as from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact us for the shipping cost and we will give you an exact price for shipping.

TAXES

Outdoorsportsclothing.com does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Pennsylvania. If you order within the State of Pennsylvania you will be charged 6% for sales tax only on items that are not classified as clothing. All clothing products are tax exempt.

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item you ordered is on backorder, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution possible.
